Our hot water heater went out overnight and I called the next morning to see if they could get us worked in. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and said they would get us on the schedule that same day. I received a call from the technician saying the would be out there by the afternoon. They actually showed up by midday as promised, took care of the issue quickly and professionally. There was a minor issue that needed fixing after they left, and they came back and immediately took care of that with no problem. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, they did what they said they would do, the price was fair, and they got things done quickly! Hard to ask for anything more than that! Solid, dependable service!

Called and requested plumber to come to the house, was told I was going to be put on waiting list. In less than 15 minutes they called back and said the plumber was on his way! The young man was very helpful, understood the problem with our clog and solved it without difficulty! Then he helped me understand the reason for the clog, old cast iron pipes and hopefully JCP will provide a definitive solution. I was most pleased with their service and courteousness. Thank you.

Had an plumbing problem, an outside leak. Called John Cole's and they had an available afternoon appointment. The best part had to do with the plumber JC's sent: Jeremiah was great. Jeremiah came for the appointment JC's and I had set, arriving earlier than the appointed time. He arrived during a storm, and with rain falling steadily throughout, Jeremiah just kept on working. He resolved the problem, showed me what he had found that caused the leak, gave some good preventative advice for the problem area. Jeremiah was a bright, very capable plumber, and I was impressed at the quality way he worked. I will be glad to continue calling on John Cole's, as I have for many years, and I would highly recommend Jeremiah.

John Cole plumbing did come when they said they would. Along with my husband and Marcus they worked and got root clogged pipes cleaned and working. Next day, could tell there was still a problem, but with their work guaranteed, Marcus came back and completed the repair. We recommend John Cole plumbing, but cost was more than expected.

Our fence installers broke a water line. Cole plumbing came to the rescue. They fixed the break , and added a new user friendly shut off valve Fast friendly service!

I am so impressed and so thankful to Beth and the techs who went to our Condo immediately upon receiving my cry for help about a leak reported by our tenant one very early morning this week. We were not even customers, yet Beth treated us like a family member. Upon inspection, their techs determined the leak was coming from the adjacent unit. It was not even our leak. Marcus did a fantastic job of diagnosing our sewer problem and fixing it for us. He even called the city sewer/water manager to ensure the city reimbursed us for the cost of the work. This is the second time Marcus has responded to our plumbing emergencies; he has done an outstanding job both times. John Cole's Plumbing Professionals is our go-to now for anything plumbing related.
